Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on digitally downloaded products. If you have downloaded the product digitally no refunds will granted under any circumstances as it is impossible to return a digital item. We do however accept unopened (sealed) with security foil in tact returns of our software product. Provided the package is in unused good condition. We do not provide refunds on shipping or return shipping expenses.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Generally all our products are shipped for a flat rate. We do ship Express Post Canada for most orders unless you wish overnight shipping. In which case when you place an order please make a note in your order that you wish overnight shipping with Fedex or DHL, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
