We do not allow digital downloads in this case as Paypals seller policy does not apply to Digital downloads to non-verified Paypal accounts.

COPYRIGHT

Our clones do not violate copyright laws. We recommend you have a clear understanding what a site clone is, this being that "clone" refers to "cloned functionality". CUSTOM MODIFICATIONS AND DESIGN

If you choose to have us design a template for you or logo this template becomes your intellectual property or design, however, if the design is a direct clone of another established site, we retain the right to resell this template.

If you have a modification or function programmed by our team we reserve the right to resell these modifications if these functions or modifications will compliment the overall script performance. Penny Auction Soft reserves the right of resale in this case.

At a customers request we may enter in to a non disclosure agreement for an additional fee in which case we would wave the resale rights.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on our product because along with your software purchase a digital download is offered making it impossible to return the code.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders by Fedex or Expresspost (depending if Fedex delivers to your area).
