Billing information:  Server rental must be paid before the last day of the month for the following month's service. For example, rental service for November is due no later than October 31st. If payment is not received as required, your website will not be accessible beginning on the first of the month. Restoration of service will require payment of that month plus a $75 restoration fee.  Take advantage of our multiple month payment discount.

Installation Information:  Installation on the PAS server can only be performed by PAS staff. DIY packages are not eligible for PAS hosting unless you order installation also. Hint: Just order the next level package that includes Installation & Support instead of ordering the software and installation separately.
