Penny auction soft receives about 50% of it business from clients that have purchased software from other firms and have been disappointed with a variety of problems. these are some of the scams we know are going on now.
scam #1 there timers do not work after they get a few hundred users. the reason for this is that they have based there site in php cake or ajax without the correct php support. using this form of programming will for sure make it so eventually your software will fail under regular business operations.. if your software doesnt work when you get a bunch of clients then i would consider that a scam.. thats probably why it is so cheap.
scam #2 sometimes customers that have purchased software need support. and just when you need it most the support is gone . make sure you inquire ahead of time as to how you much support you get.
scam #3 penny auction wizard and penny pro auctions are notorious for shutting peoples licenses down and stealing their money. the developer joshua macdonald is associated with multiple lawsuits and has been known to use several aliases quite literally lieing to his customers.. the testimonial videos on these sites are fake( that should give you a heads up right away) i would highly recomend not using these companies as they are known to be scammers.
